Monday, October 9th, 1972 – Very cold. Snow at Barrie & Collingwood. Much damage done by wind & high waves around Georgian Bay. To Burrows at night – all election talk.
Wednesday, October 9th, 2013 – What a gorgeous day! Sunny and 22C this afternoon. Sat outside for a bit reading and finishing up the gardening (some creature has decided to dig up some of my spring bulbs! Grr. They are in pots so I have put then in the garage for safe keeping). Slept well last night but super tired still. Must cut back on the coffee. Pulled a few prints this afternoon and prepped the screens for the next batch. May go into school this weekend to get some more work done.
